Regulations
Standards always on. Regulations switched on per asset.
EmitLedger keeps one inventory per asset and layers regulatory and disclosure packs on top. Each pack adds rule checks and exports for a programme, so the same locked numbers serve OGMP 2.0, an emissions trading scheme and a climate disclosure.

How packs work
One inventory, many programmes.
-
01
Presets by country
When you set up an asset, packs are suggested from its country. You switch each pack on or off per asset, with start and end dates.
-
02
Versioned rule checks
Each pack is a versioned set of rules: required gases and categories, minimum measurement tiers, GWP set, reporting-year start and indicative thresholds.
-
03
Results with reasons
The compliance page shows pass, warning or fail for every rule and reporting year, with the reason and the sources involved.
-
04
Exports
Pack exports and the GHG tables give your regulatory and disclosure teams the numbers in the structure each programme uses.

How pack content is written
Cited, versioned and reviewed.
Pack rules are drafted from the official published sources for each programme, with a citation for every rule, and reviewed by FEEC subject-matter experts before a version is published. Published versions never change; updates arrive as new versions that you choose to adopt.
Packs support your reporting. They do not replace regulatory advice, and you remain responsible for your official submissions and for the choice and verification of factors, as the Terms of Service set out.
Need a programme that is not listed? FEEC can author pack content for your operations as a service. See services.
