Who we are
An independent consultancy built on experience.
FEEC was founded in 2020 on a straightforward principle: operators and EPC contractors should have direct access to the engineer responsible for each decision and deliverable. Its four principal consultants bring more than 100 years of combined experience across process engineering, EC&I, project management and the operator side of the business.
FEEC projects span six continents and more than twelve countries: FPSO and MOPU topsides, onshore gas processing and boosting, early production facilities, produced-water treatment, seawater injection, flare radiation and blowdown studies, and low-carbon hydrogen. The company is registered in Hong Kong and works across Asian and European time zones.
EmitLedger applies that practice to emissions accounting. Flared, vented and fugitive emissions are decided by the same gas compositions, meter reference conditions and depressuring behaviour that FEEC engineers work with on every facility, so the platform keeps that detail instead of reducing each source to fuel × factor.

Why an engineering consultancy
Emissions accuracy is a process engineering problem.
The right number for a flare, a vent or a blowdown depends on the gas composition, the reference conditions of the meter, the combustion efficiency and the depressuring profile. These are the areas of FEEC's engineering work that bear directly on emissions.
