These terms apply to your use of the website at emitledger.com (the “Website”), operated by Front End Engineering Consultancy Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 75797664), with its registered office at Unit B6, 12th Floor, Wing Wah Building, No. 677 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, trading as FEEC (“FEEC”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
Use of the EmitLedger platform itself is governed by the Master Subscription Agreement, not by these terms.
1. Information only
1.1 The Website describes the EmitLedger product, its methodology, pricing, security practices and related services. It is for general information only.
1.2 No advice. Nothing on the Website is legal, regulatory, environmental, engineering, accounting, tax or investment advice. Descriptions of standards, regulations, calculation methods, emission factors or regulatory packs are summaries and may not be complete or current. Do not rely on them for any regulatory submission or business decision without your own professional advice.
1.3 No offer. Prices, plans, feature lists and quotes shown on the Website (including any price builder) are indicative, may change without notice and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Only a signed Order Form under the Master Subscription Agreement is binding.
1.4 Roadmap. Features marked “rolling out” or “on roadmap” are not yet generally available. Dates and plans may change, and you should not make purchasing decisions based on them.
2. Intellectual property
2.1 The Website and its content (text, graphics, logos, design, methodology descriptions and code) belong to FEEC or its licensors. “EmitLedger” and “FEEC” and their logos are FEEC’s trade marks.
2.2 You may view and print pages for your own internal business information. You must not copy, republish, modify or commercially exploit Website content, or use our trade marks, without our written permission, except that you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security (including probing, scanning or attacking it, except under our vulnerability disclosure process described at emitledger.com/.well-known/security.txt), that uses automated means to scrape it at a volume that burdens it, or that submits false information or malicious content through its forms.
4. Links
The Website may link to third-party websites (for example standards bodies or regulators). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
5. Your submissions
If you send us information through a form or email, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information through the Website unless we have agreed confidentiality terms with you.
6. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Website or any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own devices.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
7.1 The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations about the Website and its content, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, and regulatory fines or penalties.
7.3 If we are found liable despite clause 7.2, our total liability to you in connection with the Website is limited to USD 100.
7.4 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on the Website. The version in force when you use the Website applies.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent relief in any competent court. Disputes under a signed Master Subscription Agreement are resolved as set out in that agreement.
