Paid plans have a monthly availability target of 99.5% on the shared cloud and 99.9% on dedicated hosting. Service credits apply to Enterprise plans and to dedicated hosting, as set out in the Service Level Agreement.

External verifiers and read-only viewers are always free, on every plan. Pilot and Essentials include up to 10 named users; Professional and Enterprise include unlimited users.
Fair use
Unlimited, within reason
Accounts are for your employees and contractors working on your assets; reselling access is not permitted. As a guideline, expect around 20 users per asset; talk to us if you need more. Unusually heavy automated usage may require a custom quote.

What counts as an asset?
An asset is a facility, such as an FPSO, a platform, a gas plant or a terminal. Systems and equipment inside that facility (turbines, flares, compressors, tanks) are part of the same asset. Subscriptions are flat-priced up to your plan's asset limit; on Enterprise, each asset above 15 costs $229/month.
How many users are included?
The pilot includes up to 10 users and Essentials up to 10 users. Professional and Enterprise include unlimited users under fair use; as a guideline, expect around 20 users per asset. A self-hosted licence has no user limit. External verifiers and read-only viewers are always free, on every plan.
What does fair use mean?

What availability do you commit to?

Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up a plan when you add assets or need regulatory packs and governance features. Contact us and we will adjust your subscription.
What does onboarding include?
FEEC engineers set up your assets from templates, tailor the source register (sources, meters, units, reference conditions and method tiers) and load your historic or base-year data. Onboarding costs $3,500 for 1–3 assets, $7,500 for 4–10 assets and from $15,000 for larger portfolios.
Who owns our data, and can we export it?
You own your data. You can export the full tenant dataset (Excel/CSV and JSON) at any time, so you are never locked in.
Are prices shown with taxes?
No. All prices are in USD and exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
How long are contracts?
Essentials is available month-to-month or on an annual contract. Professional and Enterprise are annual contracts.
How does the pilot credit work?
The $2,990 pilot fee covers 3 months on one asset. If you sign an annual subscription within 30 days of the pilot ending, the fee is credited to your first year.
