What counts as an asset?
An asset is a facility, such as an FPSO, a platform, a gas plant or a terminal. Systems and equipment inside that facility (turbines, flares, compressors, tanks) are part of the same asset. Subscriptions are priced per asset, never per user.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up a plan when you add assets or need regulatory packs and governance features. Contact us and we will adjust your subscription.
What does onboarding include?
FEEC engineers set up your assets from templates, tailor the source register (sources, meters, units, reference conditions and method tiers) and load your historic or base-year data.
Who owns our data, and can we export it?
You own your data. You can export the full tenant dataset (Excel/CSV and JSON) at any time, so you are never locked in.
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
How long are contracts?
Essentials is available month-to-month or on an annual contract. Professional and Enterprise are annual contracts.
How does the pilot credit work?
The €2,500 pilot fee covers three months on one asset. If you subscribe afterwards, the full fee is credited against your first year.
